We just bought a new car from this dealership, and our sales representative, Nabil Abdalla, made the whole experience wonderful! He’s a very detailed, patient, and genuinely nice “uncle-type” person who makes you feel comfortable right away. We’ve been with this dealership for over 15 years and had seen Nabil around before, but this was our first time working with him — and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we could tell there was something special about him.
After listening carefully to our needs, he went above and beyond to find any discounts available, even discovering that my employer was listed for a special offer. He also worked closely with George, the general sales manager, to put together a great package for us. Nabil guided us through every step of the purchase, and the delivery was smooth and pleasant. We even went back the next day with a few questions about the car’s features — he answered everything clearly and promised to follow up with the latest info from the manufacturer.
We truly enjoy our new car and really appreciate the friendly, professional service from Nabil and the dealership. Highly recommend both!

Thanks Ian, love my new car! Entire experience was wonderful at Addison! Very refreshing, when I was dealing with the stress of unexpectedly needing to buy a new (used) vehicle when I had been rear ended.
He knew I was coming from a distance, so had the vehicle ready to go and was waiting for my arrival. Getting set up with financing was quick and easy (only took a few minutes, even though it was a Saturday afternoon!)
Picking my car up was also a breeze. He messaged me a couple of days before pickup to make sure everything was dealt with concerning my old car. I confirmed we were good to go. He was (again) waiting for my arrival. I paid the rest of my deposit, signed the papers, and my car was out front waiting for me when we were done.
The extra little touches were great too. He made sure I was gassed up, and even made sure I didn't have any questions about all the buttons before I left. As for detailing/certification, you could tell that no corners were cut. They even threw on brand new tires.
