This team never fails to impress me truly an amazing after-sales experience.
I got a nail in my tire one day and drove in without an appointment. I was greeted by Service Advisor Stephen Ross, who quickly assessed the situation and informed me that I needed a new tire. Fortunately, I had rim and tire coverage through GM. I’m really glad Ahmed recommended it, otherwise I would have been out hundreds of dollars.
Stephen immediately coordinated with Randy from Parts to get the tire ordered, and Service Manager Jennifer expedited the claim process. I was back on the road in no time. Seamless experience overall .
