Our experience here was nothing short of exceptional. We visited twice before making our final decision, and both times we were impressed by the level of care and professionalism we received.
A huge shout-out to our salesman, Ian Mann. Ian wasn’t pushy at all and was incredibly honest throughout the process. He truly took the time to listen to what we were looking for and focused on finding a vehicle that actually suited our needs rather than just making a sale. My mom was quite overwhelmed with the new functions of the new vehicle, and Ian took the time to set her up before driving off the lot.
We also want to thank the manager, George, and the business manager, Ahmed, for making the entire process seamless. Ahmed was remarkably patient with us as we crunched the numbers, ensuring we were comfortable with every detail of the deal.
Finding a dealership that prioritizes people over a quick sale can be rare, but we walked away genuinely blown away by how well we were treated! If you want to be well taken care of at all levels of your car-buying journey, this is the place to go. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

I've been with Addison West (Erin Mills) since 2009 and the service has never disappointed. Steve Ross knows the meaning of customer service, and is kind and funny as well. The new facility looks fantastic! Looking forward to many more years of great service and people.

George was great . This is the fourth vehicle we have bought from him. Great tutorial given by staff member on how to run the touchscreen . Clean building and friendly staff
