My mom was quite overwhelmed with the new functions of the new vehicle, and Ian took the time to set her up before driving off the lot.

I worked with Micheal. I strongly recommend you reach out to him if you are looking for something specific. I will admit I am tough customer and he was able to provide everything I requested at very competitive pricing. He got the the right deal and made sure my experience was pleasant and easy. I've been with Addison West (Erin Mills) since 2009 and the service has never disappointed. Steve Ross knows the meaning of customer service, and is kind and funny as well. The new facility looks fantastic! Looking forward to many more years of great service and people.
