I got my car serviced at Addison and the experience was impeccable. The staff were super friendly and everyone makes you feel welcomed. They’re honest and transparent, you never feel pressured into a service. For the record, I drive an Acura so I called my dealership over 5 times to book an appointment and the service department never got back to me. When I contacted Addison they booked me in right away and the process was very smooth. I will be returning.
