Had a really great experience particular with the GM, James. I was having a hard time finding a particular vehicle and within 24 hours James found me something that worked perfectly, got the numbers aligned the same day, and I picked up my new Yukon 3 days later. Clear and prompt communication. Compared to 3 other GM dealerships I had approached first, James and the Addison dealership were definitely way ahead of the pack.

Buying was a great experience! thanks to Gary and Kyle Camiliri, Are always honest and friendly with the entire process. Had issues with the car first day - they fixed it and were very apologetic about it.
Steve Ross - Now, he is not your avg. customer service supervisor! He is a phenomenal person. Always with a smile and helpful in which way possible.

The service from booking the appt to appt itself was good but the shuttle to return to get my car was very slow. I had to call to tell them I was waiting. I believe they may have forgotten me
