I had battery module issue with my Chevy Volt and reached out to 3 different chevrolet dealerships each gave me a schedule ranging from 7 days to 20 days!!! due to lack of technicians and backlogs. Addison Chevy got my car in right away. The service was very good... they offered free shuttle service, SMS estimation portal which made diagnostics and estimates very transparent. I clarified my budget and they planned things with me so no surprising expenses.
This was by far the best original service I received from Chevy.
Thank you folks and in particular, Adrian for the amazing work!
