I’m always very happy with the service I get at Addison On Erin Mills. Booking with Shifasha was easy, Steven is always accommodating and explains everything in detail. John is always prompt if I need a shuttle. There’s a fellow on the long desk by the waiting area and a fellow just behind him at the parts desk. It is great when I see the same staff year after year, As well as the trust it insures the service is always consistent.

Another Excellent Service visit.
My Ace Mechanic Frank G, always goes the extra Mile in providing excellent mechanical service and feedback.
Very friendly Staff as well as were the Service Advisors in the Entrance bay, friendly and even vacuumed my front mats.

I believe they even service non Chevy vehicles.
Free Coffee/ Cappuccino on site via vending machine.
Great experience.
