I’ve had my car serviced at Addison Erin Mills several times, and every experience has been fantastic. The service is always efficient, professional, and reliable.
Paul, who takes care of my oil changes, is extremely thorough and pays great attention to detail. He takes pride in his work and always makes sure everything is done properly.
Steve, the service advisor, is also fantastic. He is friendly, professional, and always makes the service experience smooth and stress-free

I have to praise the team at Addison dealership for professional and courteous approach, even as the situation as ours ended in broken deal. I like to mention sales representative, Ian Mann which went above and beyond of what was expected. Also special thanks goes to George Redak, used car sales manager for his time and effort to resolve sales issues.
